Taste Notes: A lighter-bodied, rich, refreshing, hoppy, bitter pale Czech lager having the familiar flavors of the stronger Czech Lager (Pilsner-type) Brewed with Czech Saaz Hops which give a delicate bitterness and a distinctive herbal character.

Cold fermented with a Larger yeast and largerd for 6 weeks before bottling this makes it as authentic as possable.

To attempt to make the Pilsner as clear as possable this beer was finned with gelatin so is unsuitable for vegetarians.

AG98 – Golden Hen

Taste Notes: Based on Moorland's Golden Hen, though with a slight veration on the HOPs used.

It still retains a tropical fruit note in the taste and is more refreshing than the standard Old Speckled Hen ale.

A pale, refreshing German wheat beer with high carbonation, brewed with 50% malted wheat, and 50% plislner malt, Fermed with a German yeast strain to give a, dry finish and a distinctive banana-and-clove yeast character. History: While Bavaria has a wheat beer tradition dating back hundreds of years, brewing wheat beer used to be a monopoly reserved for Bavarian.

The Strong and robust in flavor and aroma, German Herkules lives up to it’s name and is well inkeeping with the style of beer, with a spicy and floral, tangy and hoppy, with notes of melon, black pepper, with hints of pine.
